Terms of Service

By installing and using the Codomni Shopify App (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").

1. Description of Service

Codomni is a Shopify application that provides merchants with a custom Cash on Delivery (COD) checkout form, post-purchase upsell capabilities, OTP verification tools, and order syncing. The Service is integrated directly into your Shopify storefront.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

By using Codomni, you agree that:

  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.
  • You will adhere to Shopify's Terms of Service and Partner Program Agreement.
  • You are solely responsible for fulfilling the orders captured through the Codomni checkout form.
  • You will not use the Service for any fraudulent, malicious, or illegal activities.

3. Billing and Payments

All billing, invoicing, and subscription management for Codomni is handled directly through the Shopify Billing API. By selecting a paid tier, you agree to the recurring charges associated with that tier. Shopify will charge your primary payment method on file. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's standard app billing policies.

4. Service Availability & Support

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, UI elements, and intellectual property associated with the Codomni app and website are owned entirely by Codomni. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codomni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

You can terminate these Terms at any time by simply uninstalling the Codomni app from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
